Two persons were killed and 20 sustained injuries in a head-on collision between a truck and a bus at Lahore-Sargodha Road about 40 kilometre from here on Wednesday. According to police, a bus was going to Lahore from Sargodha when it collided with a truck coming from the opposite side. As a result the truck driver Abdul Ghaffar and a bus passenger died on the spot while 20 passengers received injuries.

The seriously injured including Noor Muhammad, Ashraf, Bashir, Ghulam Habib, Rabia Bibi and Ghulam Abbas were rushed to local hospitals immediately.
